Paula Kozlowska
I am very passionated about fitness and focus to achieve the best results for my clients. I have almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and I am fully committed to my clients and their achievements, needs and goals. Being a mother myself I understand how hard it can be to find time to stay fit and be healthy. I’ve been very committed working with young mums and provide with programs to get them back to shape after pregnancy. I offer individual home training for my clients in their own comfortable surroundings without going to gym. Saving time and money without needing to travel! I’m here to motivate and provide you with the program that set you on the right path to achieving your long term goals. I welcome newbies who never been into exercising but would love to start a new lifestyle, either if it is a light workout or a running routine.

I have worked with Paula now since 2016. I have worked with many personal trainers over the years and Paula is one of the best. She is good at understanding your goals and motivations and working to them. She doesn’t seek to make you work to an agenda that isn’t your own, as do some trainers, but will get the best out of you. I cannot recommend Paula highly enough as a trainer, not only is she extremely knowledgeable and clear in setting and explaining routines and their purpose; but, what really sets her apart is the speed and accuracy with which she tuned into not just my personal goals but also in my nutrition and diet program, with the result that her programmes and sessions are both targeted and enjoyable.
Paula also very quickly worked out how far I could be pushed, and then pushed a bit further than that, so that I’m now working out a level I would never have considered six months ago.
